MPP (Molypermalloy Powder)
Distributed air gap toroid cores made from nickel, iron and molybdenum alloy powder. 80% nickel, 2% molybdenum iron alloy particles are compacted into toroid shapes. Material permeability's range from 60µi to 173µi with standard core sizes from 6.35mm to 58.0mm. Larger core sizes are available from our Genalex™ range of toroid cores. Cores are coated with an epoxy coating which provides a tough outer surface with a minimum breakdown voltage of 500Vac. MPP cores are colour coded in dark blue.
